The Laurie Berkner Band National Tour

We love to support live music and it’s an honor to partner with The Laurie Berkner Band on their national tour. By adding $1 to the ticket price we have raised over $10,000 (and counting!) in cities across America by pairing each tour stop with a local nonprofit representing three areas of interest selected by the band: children, the environment, and animal welfare.

For every tour stop Twinkle has researched and interviewed a local nonprofit that represents the cause of interest for the band. Once the band approves of the selected nonprofit, $1 gets added to the ticket price and give where you live takes place automatically. The impact provides a triple win: artists can enhance the work they are already doing by positively impacting causes they care about, nonprofits receive additional awareness and funds through their collaborative efforts, and fans get to feel good about their night out at an event knowing it’s also supporting a great cause in their community.

In addition, The Laurie Berkner Band has invited each nonprofit to table alongside the merch table in the lobby of their concerts for further awareness building. Previous collaborations include Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust in CA, For The Kids in UT, New Hampshire Children’s Trust in NH, Hudson Clearwater Sloop, Green Chimneys and Little Shelter in NY, Good Grief in NJ, Baltimore Green Space in MD, Empower in MA , Rhode Island Kids Count in RI, Give Kids The World Village in FL, Portland Animal Welfare Team in OR, Red Eagle Soaring in WA, and Garden To Table in CO.
